About.
Ken’s innate communication skills and filmmaking prowess fuel his ability as a visual storyteller. His poise and modesty gently open your heart to share your tale. Ken rightfully earned his confidence after turning a hobby into a BA in filmmaking and television from Montclair State University.
Inspired by Edward Burns, Ken decided to invest his savings in camera equipment to found SpoonyVision Studios in 2013. He quickly earned his place in the industry winning numerous critical awards on a local and international level, and garnering recognition from popular outlets like Good Morning America and People Magazine.
Despite the pride he feels about his award-winning work, Ken is committed to building on his success as filmmaker and storyteller. Ken’s intrepid spirit enjoys the challenge of stepping out of his comfort zone and traveling the world. Learning about different perspectives prepares Ken to step into the shoes of his audiences and subjects in his films. He loves talking about his time in places like Amman, Jordan and the food he ate there. (His crew always eats well!)
Ken is always open to hearing your story… and any good restaurant recommendations.
